UAV Operator (Drone Pilot) — Contract

Responsibilities
- Pilot UAVs during combat missions.
- Conduct aerial reconnaissance and adjust artillery fire.
- Collect and transmit intelligence data.
- Perform technical maintenance, preparation, and setup of UAVs.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment integrity.
- Coordinate with unit members to complete tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Knowledge of UAV piloting principles and willingness to improve.
- Confident PC, tablet, and mobile app user for operating systems and drones.
- Attention to detail, focus, and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic aeromodelling knowledge or drone experience is an advantage.
- High responsibility and discipline.
Conditions
- Service by mobilization until the end of martial law, or under contract.
- Salary: 30,000–100,000 UAH depending on complexity and mission specifics.
- Training and preparation in Ukraine and abroad.
