Responsibilities:

Leading a team of 4 people, ensuring the mortar and ammunition are ready for combat use;
Organizing and effectively conducting the team’s firing preparation;
Managing and overseeing the work of subordinates who service the mortar, set up engineering equipment, and provide camouflage;
Timely and accurate documentation (planning, records, reporting);
Cooperation with the battery officer: executing orders, instructions, and directives;
Maintaining effective communication within the team.

Requirements:

Ability to make command decisions;
Respect for military subordination when communicating with superiors;
Responsibility and punctuality in task execution;
Willingness to continuously improve professional knowledge and skills.
