Responsibilities

  • Conduct reconnaissance using specialized equipment, technology, and weapons.
  • Camouflage during missions and move covertly.
  • Operate reconnaissance devices: thermal imagers, optical and electro-optical systems.
  • Navigate terrain using maps, topographic instruments, or without them.
  • Measure and record data on distances, directions, and topography in enemy territory.
  • Use specialized equipment: rangefinders, geodetic tools, and calibration instruments.

Requirements

  • Age: 20+ years.
  • Fitness for military service based on health and psychological evaluation.
  • Knowledge of reconnaissance tactics and methods.
  • Education: secondary, vocational, or higher.
  • Willingness to learn and improve qualifications.
  • Ability to operate technical devices, accuracy in measurements and records.

Service Conditions

  • Mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service.
  • Salary from 25,000 to 130,000 UAH depending on mission type, rank, experience, and location.
  • Possibility of transfer for current servicemen with consent of direct commander.
  • Provision of uniform, personal protective equipment, and meals.
  • One-time payment of 25,000 UAH upon signing the first contract.
  • Housing cost compensation or rental allowance according to unit regulations.
