Key Details

• Location: Ukraine (transfer assistance provided for active service members)
• Employment Type: Contract
• Salary: From 25,000 UAH (dependent on service conditions & training workload)

Responsibilities

• Conduct practical training sessions for course participants with high theoretical and methodological standards.
• Continuously improve professional and teaching skills.
• Maintain assigned training facilities and training stations in ready-to-use condition.
• Update training equipment and resources in line with modern military operation trends.
• Study and implement best practices; propose improvements to teaching methods and material-technical base.
• Observe pedagogical ethics and support trainees’ cultural and physical development.
• Integrate combat experience and analyses from Defense Forces units into training curricula.
• Deliver high-quality educational and methodological work to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Objectively assess trainees’ knowledge and skills; foster independence, initiative and creativity.
• Participate in improving the unit’s training base and in innovation/rationalization efforts.

Requirements

• Service experience in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other security services.
• Mandatory real combat experience (assaults, defense, ambushes, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of basic military disciplines, weapon safety, and shooting techniques.
• Strong communication skills and ability to teach clearly.
• Instructor certification — a plus.
