Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 4 people, ensuring the mortar and ammunition are ready for combat use;
- Organizing and effectively conducting the team’s firing preparation;
- Managing and overseeing the work of subordinates who service the mortar, set up engineering equipment, and provide camouflage;
- Timely and accurate documentation (planning, records, reporting);
- Cooperation with the battery officer: executing orders, instructions, and directives;
- Maintaining effective communication within the team.
Requirements:
- Ability to make command decisions;
- Respect for military subordination when communicating with superiors;
- Responsibility and punctuality in task execution;
- Willingness to continuously improve professional knowledge and skills.
Conditions:
- Mobilization until the end of martial law or service under contract;

Requirements:
- Age: 18 to 50 years.
- Readiness to work in active combat conditions.
- Fitness for military service based on health and moral-psychological qualities.
- Marksmanship skills will be an advantage.
- Combat experience will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
Service Conditions:
- Contract service.
- Possibility of transfer for current servicemen with commander’s approval.
- Service near active combat zones.
- Training before assignment, including specialized courses in Ukraine and abroad.

UAV Operator (Drone Pilot) — Contract

Responsibilities
- Pilot UAVs during combat missions.
- Conduct aerial reconnaissance and adjust artillery fire.
- Collect and transmit intelligence data.
- Perform technical maintenance, preparation, and setup of UAVs.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment integrity.
- Coordinate with unit members to complete tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Knowledge of UAV piloting principles and willingness to improve.
- Confident PC, tablet, and mobile app user for operating systems and drones.
- Attention to detail, focus, and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic aeromodelling knowledge or drone experience is an advantage.
- High responsibility and discipline.
