Responsibilities
- Maintain discipline and precision in task execution.
- Keep your weapon in proper working condition and ready for action.
- Observe fire results and adjust for maximum effectiveness.
- Maintain continuous battlefield observation and report detected targets to the commander.
- Destroy targets upon order or on your own initiative.
- Provide fire support to neighboring units and coordinate actions.
- Immediately join the nearest squad if separated from your own and continue fighting.
Candidate Requirements
- Age up to 50 years.
- Excellent knowledge of your weapon and ability to fire effectively.
- Good physical fitness and endurance.
- Strong determination to defeat the enemy.
- Previous military service experience is an advantage.
Service Conditions
- Mobilization until the end of martial law or service under contract.
- Basic and specialized training provided if necessary.
- Salary from 21,000 to 120,000 UAH depending on mission and service location.
- Social benefits and medical support.
- Possibility of transfer for active servicemen within the Territorial Defense Forces with commander’s consent.
- Annual leave twice a year: 15 days each + 2 days travel one way.
