- Location: Ukraine (transfer assistance provided for active service members)

- Salary: From 25,000 UAH (dependent on service conditions & training workload)

Responsibilities
- Conduct practical training sessions for course participants with high theoretical and methodological standards.
- Continuously improve professional and teaching skills.
- Maintain assigned training facilities and training stations in ready-to-use condition.
- Update training equipment and resources in line with modern military operation trends.
- Study and implement best practices; propose improvements to teaching methods and material-technical base.
- Observe pedagogical ethics and support trainees’ cultural and physical development.
- Integrate combat experience and analyses from Defense Forces units into training curricula.
- Deliver high-quality educational and methodological work to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Objectively assess trainees’ knowledge and skills; foster independence, initiative and creativity.
- Participate in improving the unit’s training base and in innovation/rationalization efforts.
Requirements
- Service experience in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other security services.
- Mandatory real combat experience (assaults, defense, ambushes, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of basic military disciplines, weapon safety, and shooting techniques.
- Strong communication skills and ability to teach clearly.
- Instructor certification — a plus.
